The L Word features dubious storylines but a bevy of glamorous lesbian characters on television, simultaneously shattering stereotypes and our hope in the abilities of (some) Hollywood writers to write “our stories.” The battle over same sex marriage starts to get ugly; we learn that our opponents don’t mind Will and Grace but fear that same sex marriage will destroy Western civilization. Ellen+Portia also starts to happen.

    • OURsceneTV's Superhero Supermodel, Jessica Clark, takes you deep inside Seven Bar as it transformed into a lesbian lair for an evening of ghoulish debauchery. There was no bobbing for apples at this party. The night included vampires, devils and even some angels to ravage and rage with DJ Stacey until the wee hours of the morning. The evening's hosts, Danielle, Sir Sabrina and Colette Lee, brought out the girls in force. Well known for their parties all over NYC, they certainly created the right atmosphere for All Hallows' Eve. Come inside, if you dare, and watch how the night unfolded.

With LGBT teens being four times more likely than straight to take their own lives...well, you can do the math. LGBT youth committing suicide is nothing new.
