I’ve Got a Feeling…By Grace O'Neill |
First off, sorry for the delay in the party re-cap. Yes, the epic Thursday morning hang over is partly to blame but there’s also the fun filled fact that Mama O’Neill has descended upon NYC for her semi-annual visit.
I’ve gotta say, for a Wednesday night, we definitely parties it up right. Great location. Great Music. Great drinks. And of course…

Great people.
Us Graces couldn’t have pulled off this night without some help from some amazing people. Big thanks goes out to the following:
- Marvs and Ana Mari (founders of The Spot). They secured the venue, the music, the entertainment, and managed to blow up everyone’s facebook feeds on a daily basis with their endless party promoting. These two are truly two party throwin’ divas and I personally can’t wait for their next event.
- Poppi Kramer… Out comedian. Biggest Loser winner. And most importantly, a great friend. She had the crowd rolling on the ground with her Charlie Brown Christmas Special impersonation. If you missed it, then make sure to check out her facebook page for her next show.
- Scout and DJ Theo Kogan. One rocked the guitar and the other spun (via a Macbook) like a pro. Between the two of them, they more than covered the spectrum of lesbionic music.
- Sugarbutch, Curly McDimple, Autostraddle, Go! and After Ellen. A little blogger support can truly go a long way. Check out their sites. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
- And most importantly… A big thanks to you. Our ever loyal readers. Without you guys we wouldn’t have a reason to party in the first place.
So keep on reading! Cause we’ve got a lot more in store here at Grace the Spot.

Wait….nobody wants to come party in Iowa?

Maybe we need a Grace the Spot summit in the midwest. By the way, I love Iowa. I lived there for 5 years and did plenty of partying during that time (Thank you women’s rugby).
